• Used company troubleshooting resolution tree to evaluate technical problems while leveraging personal expertise to find appropriate solutions.
• Assisted customers with setting appointments, shipping and special order requests, and arranging merchandise pick-up at other locations.

• Handling inbound calls related to billing issues. After a short period of time I was promoted and transferred to Back office team. Handling billing disputes, escalations from Tier 1 agents and Fraud issues of a telephone line.
