Worked at two international music and arts festivals in Hong Kong: Clockenflap Music Festival (Full time freelance of 1.5 months), Sõnar Hong Kong (On site manager)

Responsibilities included:
- Liaising bilingually with different food suppliers (English, Cantonese)
- Managing on-site operations of different food suppliers throughout the festival days
- Enforcing HKSAR health and safety regulations through checking supplier operations
- Ad hoc managerial tasks

University of Birmingham

Global Ambassador (International Relations Deparment)

The Global Ambassador was a position given to students at the University who had studied abroad and showed a track record of being able to work within an international environment.

Responsibilities included:
- Helping run events related to the study abroad office and the University’s other international offices including support international delegations to the University
- Supporting the needs of international/exchange students
- Advertising to and supporting students from Birmingham who are interested in going abroad
- Supporting with any ad hoc management and paperwork in the international relations office

Hong Kong Theatre Association

Stage Manager

Stage Manager for French Theatre company based in Hong Kong managing their recent show 'La Perruche' at the Hong Kong Arts Center, McAulay Theatre

Responsibilities include:
- Managing props and set
- Creating cue sheets and set movement sheets
- Liaising between theatre staff, production manager and director
- Ensuring smooth get-in and strike
- Solving any ad hoc urgent issues that arise during live theatre

Faust International Youth Theatre (Current)

Drama Teacher and Stage Manager

Faust International Youth Theatre (FIYT) is a theatre company that focuses on education for younger years (3-11) and offers classes up to 16. FIYT is headquarted in Hong Kong but has a subsidiary branch in Singapore and also offers classes in China.

As teacher, responsibilities include:
- Designing and running theatre workshops between 1 – 2.5 hours on a termly basis
- Writing up class plans and liaising any issues with parents
- Aiding with company productions in particular becoming Sound Designer for a recent Christmas production

As stage manager, responsibilities include:
- Learning cues for DSM duties
- Managing props and set
- Ensuring smooth get-ins and strike
- Other ad hoc duties
