1.Operations
- Set up, managed and oversaw timely deliveries of digital assets (content A/V, subtitles, promotional videos, imagery and metadata) with accurate technical specifications from licensors to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Set up and oversaw language operations for anime simulcast titles, which air and stream on ANIPLUS platforms one hour after Japan’s broadcast, through cost effective, efficient and innovative means.
- Set up and oversaw VOD operations on ANIPLUS channel brand and ensured timely publication and deliveries to channel and affiliates’ platforms respectively.
- Developed and mentored team on various systems and work processes, namely material delivery, video QC, subtitling and content classifications work flow.
- Oversaw all technical aspects of operations (material delivery, language operations, VOD operations, scheduling and content classification), post-production and general IT.
- Built from zero the technical operation facilities, post-production suites and office IT network during company set-up.

2.Marketing & Creatives
- Built up brand presence of anime TV & streaming brand ANIPLUS in Southeast Asia through data-driven marketing and promotion strategies.
- Led creative team and oversaw ANIPLUS channel’s brand promotion and ensured consistent brand identity and integrity.
- Project-managed producers, graphic designers, external agencies and freelancers on creative endeavors - short-form video content and static imagery - from conceptualization to final delivery.

3.Content & Programming
- Curated and licensed Japanese animation simulcast content for ANIPLUS channel.
- Handled title negotiations & renewals, contracts and royalty reports, working with Japanese licensors, Taiwanese & Hong Kong master licensees and other collaborators in Asia.
- Linear TV & VOD planning & scheduling for ANIPLUS.
