＜Global Salon＞ - International events space and language education facility
Manager
Responsible for the business planning and subsequent management of the space, which involved hiring and leading a team of international staff from over ten countries
Daily planning and coordination of Global Salon events whilst taking care of invoices, inventory, income-outgoing reports, P/L reports and balance sheets
Signed over 40 members by the end of the first month and over 100 by the second

＜Tower’s Diner ＞- Tokyo tower’s official restaurant
Manager
Managed 15 staff members
Turned profit from deficit (24 million yen growth in profit 2015-2016)　
Collaborated with nearby companies for catering orders, which resulted in them becoming loyal customers and an increased ~0.5 million yen/month income
Reduced overall cost price from 37% to 34% total
Took care of invoices, inventory, income-outgoing reports, P/L reports and balance sheets

＜B8A＞ - Restaurant and Bar
Manager
Collaborated with management team on planning the opening of the restaurant (Making operation flow, menu, party plans etc.)
Managed costs, inventory, sanitation and ordering of ingredients
Interviewed and hired international staff and took care of contracts and necessary paperwork
Hosted live music events and sports nights
Achieved 2.5 million yen income at the beginning of the first month, and by the third, was turning a profit of 4 million yen
