I have a 5 years experienced of being a virtual assistant/customer support. Along with assisting and responding to every customer's question, I also perform data entry, transcribing voicemails to text and as well as training new email support agents. I have experienced in Zendesk, Infusionsoft, Clickbank, and Scale as the CRM. I handle customer queries and complaints with care and in timely manner to maintain a high customer satisfaction.
I have also knowledge in back linking, tagging, product description writing and research. I am also willing and will be grateful to learn new task as I am flexible and quick to adapt changes.
