Manages performance of a team consisting of 15-20 representatives to maximize performance and improvement focusing on Quality and Productivity metrics as imposed by clients through:
• Conducting coaching sessions to review agents' trends in performance and quality behaviors, root cause analysis to aid agents in the creation and implementation of SMART Action Plans.
• Coordinates with Performance Analysts to discuss agents' quality behaviors to reinforce and redirect.
• Partners with Team Leads in driving team performance through effective strategies and game plans.
