 Find out the customer’s needs in relation to IT merchandise.
 Manage incoming calls, chats and emails.
 Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions as well as suggesting information about other products and services offered by the company.
 Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording necessary account information.

 Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
 Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
 Troubleshooting both hardwares and softwares.
 Ensure standard for quality customer service is met.
