Find out the customer’s needs in relation to IT merchandise.
Manage incoming calls, chats and emails.
Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions as well as suggesting information about other products and services offered by the company.
Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording necessary account information.
Generate sales leads.
Working with customers to identify any problems/challenges experienced and advising on the best solution.
Maintaining customer records by updating account information when necessary.
Resolving client’s problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Expediting the necessary corrections or adjustment for clients.
Following up with the client to ensure client’s satisfaction.
Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Troubleshooting both hardwares and softwares.
Ensure standard for quality customer service is met.
