I've been working with call center for almost five years so that was 2009 since I started working with Bank we are dealing with card holders who have some questions regarding their credit card such as balance, how much interest was accrued, their transactions, we are also calculating their annual percentage rate, average daily balance and residual interest so that's most like about financial concerns. I'm receiving a lot commendations from a caller like "She went above and beyond!" "She answered all my questions She'super" "your lucky to have her in your company She's awesome." those are my motivations going to work to know that I'm being productive getting those 100% CSAT.
