Hello! This is Annie Laurie Banihan and I've been working with call center for almost five years so that was 2009 since I started working with Bank we are dealing with card holders who have some questions regarding their credit card such as balance, how much interest was accrued, their transactions, we are also calculating their annual percentage rate, average daily balance and residual interest so that's most like about financial concerns. For me I personally learned a lot from my work history and what I want about myself is being flexible I don't complain whatever schedule they gave me! I am very positive person and open to any feedback that will help me keep going, I can work under less supervision, and willing to undergo any future training.
