I am the Japanese Cultural Centre's student buddy leader of my university, Universiti Sains Malaysia. My main task is to communicate with Japanese students or lecturers who come for short-term programmes and assist them according to their needs. I am also in charge of assigning roles for my team whenever there are programmes. I have 3 years’ worth of such experience. My boss is also a native Japanese. I often report to him regarding any updates and obtain his approval before making any major decisions. I had also taken part in a one month exchange programme in Kyoto University of Foreign Studies.
