2015/07~
• Writing/designing of activity reports/annual reports, News Letters etc.
• Preparing and submitting project proposals for grants from the US Embassy, Australian High Commission, ONUR etc. (including Standard Form 424, 424A, 424B etc. issued by US Embassy)
• Preparing/maintaining all financial records and coordinating with auditors and banks
• Handling all correspondence independently, representing GP at District/National level meetings, obtaining approvals for Projects from the respective District Secretaries
• Obtaining entry/residence visas for volunteers from Korea and extensions for same (obtaining DS/GA recommendations for clearance from Ministry of Defense through NGO Secretariat prior to procedures at Dep. Of Immigration & Emigration)
• Assisting in project midline assessment survey by interviewing stakeholders, dropouts and preparing reports of same
• Preparing agendas & relevant documents for Directors’ Meetings/AGM, taking down minutes & circulating same among the Directors/Members.
• Creating/Maintaining a clear updatable record of the Student Sponsorship Scheme (including details of Donors/Scholarship beneficiaries, cash received and cash sent enabling to ascertain remaining funds in each donor account)
• Creating/Maintaining an updatable record of donors to enable clear identification of joining and no of years paid and due dates of payments.
• Coordinating work among three organizations (ASD (local partner) & Give 2 Lanka Gte. (office sharing) & managing all office operations including petty cash single handedly.
