Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communication and contact the Onsite team for discussion and strategic planning for completing the Deliverable.
• Decisions involving to cut the risk of revenue loss during high volume at the month end.
• Escalation management
• Process Improvement
• Coordinated with the client-side facilitating resource access & identifying qualitative training needs.
• UAT Testing on Application enhancement

• Changes a invoice data as per customer Demand.
• Translation of technical documents in English to Japanese and vice versa.
• Ensuring the deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the account specific management in place on the particular project.
