Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communication and contact the Onsite team for discussion and strategic planning for completing the Deliverable.

• UAT Testing on Application enhancement
• Maintaining a systematic flow in operations; contributing to continuous high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Changes a invoice data as per customer Demand.
• Translation of technical documents in English to Japanese and vice versa.
• Ensuring the deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the account specific management in place on the particular project.
