Employment related documentation mainly Evaluations, Letters & Mid-year performance appraisal processing across the retail sector. Employee disciplinary process and related letters. Specific documents pertaining to the retail sector in parallel to the legal processes and leave & attendance processing through HRIS. Employee off-boarding process through exit clearance process and necessary reports. Assisting the team in any other necessary areas and active participation in arranging special functions such as Staff Day and other special events.
