Experience in On-boarding process from recruitment to processing LOA's and employee benefits related documentations.  Employment related documentation mainly Evaluations, Letters & Mid-year performance appraisal processing across the retail sector.  Employee disciplinary process and related letters. Specific documents pertaining to the retail sector in parallel to the legal processes and leave & attendance processing through HRIS.  Employee off-boarding process through exit clearance process and necessary reports.  Assisting the team in any other necessary areas and active participation in arranging special functions such as Staff Day and other special events.
