Job Description:
- Closely Monitor inventory movements, making sure that all inventory items are properly accounted for, taking into account the following:
a) Preparation of Monthly Liquidation report required by CDC and
b) Close monitoring of inventory movements from PBI/IP to Inventory Receiving to PBO to DRs & Invoices
- Conducting Monthly Inventory Count & reconciling any differences noted, in coordination with Warehouse Supervisor.
- Close coordination with external auditor, making sure that the following BIR requirements are properly complied with:
a) Printing of Invoices, DRs, ORs , & Work Orders for ICT’s use, in compliance with new BIR ruling
b) Compilation of Sales invoices & DR Master copies based on BIR Number Series
c) Preparation of Quarterly Reports & supporting documents for the quarterly income tax computation
d) Submission of supporting docs to auditor for Monthly EWT & Quarterly Tax Returns
e) Preparation of reports needed during BIR Annual Audit
- Close monitoring of ICT Invoices & DRs, making sure that transactions are properly supported with SAP SOs & Customer’s POs.
- Proper handling of ICT’s Petty Cash & Revolving Fund, making sure that all transactions are properly accounted for, funds are always available & replenishments are done on time.
- Regularly meet reporting deadlines in compliance with BIR & CDC requirements.
