Provide expert HRIS transition information and decision points to ensure successful transition to a new Human Resource Information System suitable to the company’s existing and future requirements.
Reports directly to the Project Manager for all project related activities such as monitoring of open issues, reporting to the steering committee, facilitation of UAT and presentation of project progress.
Update and handle documentation of HR processes for all IMI sites globally.
Conduct gap analysis of HR processes across all sites.
Provide weekly project progress report and monitor project expense.
Monitor pending deliverables for vendor and IMI side.
Support in the logistical requirement for the HRIS Project
