Worked under the HR Organization (15 years for Jollibee Foods Corp and 2 other Manpower Agency) for a total of 18 years doing supplies and inventory management, timekeeping and leaves processing, HR process improvements via system and process transformation. Also handled some recruitment, employee and labor relations attending to employee incidents. Have handled HR systems as front end admin for Kronos, Oracle HRMS, Success Factors, Parfait (local HRMS) and RAMCO as an HRIS Consultant.

Also worked as a Crew Chief for McDonald's Philippines while I was still in college handling day to day operations and monitoring training developments of all existing and new hire crew.
