Splendid Pharma is a local start up pharmaceutical company with 8 products in market and 85 products in pipeline
o Set and implement HR strategies to achieve the company objectives.
o Provide decisions, advice, guidance and appropriate HR solutions to management, and support them to set their objectives and KPIs
o Lead the HR activities across the company, including workforce and manpower planning; talent acquisition, management and retention; employment processing; compensation and benefits; payroll; learning and development; performance management and HRIS
o Ensure the compliance with governmental and local legal requirements for any HR related activities
Achievements:
o Created the company’s mission, vision, values and behaviors
o Built up the HR system through the creation, and implementation of policies, procedures and standards.
o Created the company dashboard to include the main metrics/KPIs for performance measurement
