I wrote here as my Task, these all task complete by me as my responsibilities:
-Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
-Orientation Training for new Employee.
-Design effective training programs for all employee as their needs.
-Conduct small training session off the Job, live workshops, and individual training on the Job etc.
-Prepare educational material such as module, summaries, videos etc.
-Support and mentor new employees Keep attendance and other records Manage training budgets.
