• Marketing. I have negotiated with online travel agencies such as Jalan and Rakuten the inclusion of few hotels’ rooms in their offer. I have also designed the hotel's website adding photos and English content. I have been in touch with tourism organisations and travel guide books for promoting the hotel beyond our traditional customer base.
• Online reservation. I have expanded the client’s base to international customers.
• Finance. With the hotel CEO, I have negotiated with banks and lawyers rescheduling outstanding loans and, in liaison with appointed consultants, designed a restructuring plan aimed at improving operational profits.
