Sales Support

- Assist with the quoting, ordering, invoicing and logistics functions of the sales department.
- Assist the IT Managers, Business Development Managers and Project Engineers by doing the back office (internal sales) processing of a sales opportunity.
Responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:
- To ensure quoting is carried out in a timely manner, consistent standard and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Help with queries around ETAs for products.
- Act as a coordination point for clients, suppliers and sales staff.
- Liaise with vendors and distributors to ensure we are receiving best price/service.
- Order products and services.
- Ensure good purchase price on products.
- Register licenses and warranties.
- Resolve issues as they arise.
- Stock control and stock returns.
- Receipt of stock.
- Quarterly stocktake.

Operational Management:
- Conduct day-to-day administration and operational tasks. Including administrative tasks, recruitment, strategic planning, keeping contact notes, developing new contacts, action list preparation and attending meetings both in and out of the office.

Analyzes the target market on each contracted technologies and products from South Korea SBC program.
Analyzes the market research from project management teams and recommends potential target companies and initiate the first contact and introduction.
Liaise with the Korean companies and translate marketing materials to English and introduce the Korean technologies to top tier companies in Australia and act as the liaising officer between clients.
- Business development:
- Evaluating target market for each companies and analyze potential business opportunities and demands in each market.
- Develop marketing approach and proposal and initiates the communication through phone call and meeting arrangements. - Online presentation via Skype and online shared file. Leading the team and showing how it’s done to have them replicate.
- Motivate and manage teams and support all aspects of business projects.
Shortlisting and planning for approach to key companies in Australia and talking to right person.
Initiate the first contact and follow ups after the face to face meetings. Initiates the project directions and target numbers to achieve the project goals.
Point person to deal with inquiries from Korean companies and Australian companies regarding technology and additional information.
Assist on the information needed for the negotiation including supplying hard to find data about the market and competition
- Project management:
- Take responsibility on clients’ satisfaction from all works performed by Newlede and/or its subsidiaries.
- Working directly with the operation teams of all business units to ensure everyone understands the projects’ ‘main-goal’, to ensure delivery to the client on time and within agreed budgets and timeframe.
- Reports directly to the Managing Director on the Daily, Weekly, Monthly to Annual reports and plans. Including priorities and most urgent items and any potential delay items.
- Administrative management:
Manages all admin areas and is responsible on all approvals from initial stage to finish.

Compensation and benefits (Payroll and statutory remittances and final approval)
