Provide technical support for clients using a post-trade management (securities settlements) built on a web-based Java architecture. Monitor emails sent to group distribution list and ensure queries from clients are dealt based on time service level agreements. Involved in client on-boarding into the application and assist in client testing to ensure straight-through processing of trades. Assist in trade issue investigation, setting back-end details such as, but not limited to, settlement and holiday calendars and configuration of market information.
