Senior Product Support Specialist

Provide technical support for clients using a post-trade management (securities settlements) built on a web-based Java architecture. Monitor emails sent to group distribution list and ensure queries from clients are dealt based on time service level agreements. Involved in client on-boarding into the application and assist in client testing to ensure straight-through processing of trades. Assist in trade issue investigation, setting back-end details such as, but not limited to, settlement and holiday calendars and configuration of market information. Fulfill ad hoc duties such as application testing before application deployment. Escalate to manager issues that are appropriate after analysis.
