Send out news or event calendar for all member in the office so the (all Thai and Japanese people) can join interested event which could be related to the work.

Got 2-3 job orders from each visit both from cold-call and old clients, closed very first job for the company earning THB140,000 in the first 2 months
Calculated roughly the cost and the interests for each case and wrote the service agreement to director to approve
Settled company's system and delegated tasks to each new members while being the main salesperson in the company with one another salesperson in the team
Contributed to good prompt customer service offering not the main service but also other small supports so that the company gain trust from clients and recommend our company to friends
Worked on job fair event and other activities to advertise and get more candidates
Stimulated other members in the team to share their new ideas to improve the workflow and working system, using google apps and other app to share information and work simultaneously
