I started as a consultant and got promoted as a Quality Analyst. I've been checking outputs from the consultants as a Quality Analyst. We used to handle a verification company to validate applicants employment history, educational attainment and even getting feedback and recommendations from previous colleagues.

I started as a consultant assisting customer looking for a vacation homes. I got promoted as Team Manager and been handling consultants from different line of business, I initially handled a Back Office team responsible for the advert posted on the website. I also handled voice, email and chat support consultants responsible for customer facing interaction. We are solely responsible to ensure that customers are getting a satisfactorily service that they deserve.
