Opens and maintains customers’ records by updating and leaving notes
on the account for every call.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; help the customer
real-time in resolving their issues and concerns.
Caters escalation calls and acts as a supervisor/manager to address the
