-Monitoring multiple sets of automated tasks, restarting them/executing them manually when needed.
-Responding in a timely manner to all the requests raised by the employees, making sure they have
all the conditions to do their jobs.
-Monitoring all the channels (phone calls/e-mails/Skype for Business messages/ServiceNow incidents
platform) for new tasks/issues to deal with.
-Dividing the workload between all the members of the team so we can finish the tasks assigned to us
in the most efficient way possible.
-Troubleshooting IT issues, isolating the cause of an issue and fixing it.
-Escalating incidents to different departments depending on the scope of the incident.
-Sending notifications to the whole company regarding unplanned outages or planned maintenances
on different services used by the employees.
-Using different remote control software (Configuration Manager Remote/Remote Desktop
Connection/TeamViewer/UltraVNC) to offer support remotely to the employees in different divisions.
