CONVERGYS (AT&T)

Supervisor. In charge of the tech suppot team for the Uverse service which is the premium triple package service of AT&T "Voip, TV and Internet". Make sure the team was able to acomplish the campaign goals by doing coaching and follow up to the agents.
Sales. Moved to the sales team. By following the same process with the agents needed to reach the targets and implement different sales strategies to be always among the expectatives.
