I have over 10 years experience in customer service, that includes technical, sales and finantial support. Going from telecomunication companies such as AT&T, HTC, Tracfone and Sprint to international banks like Scotia bank. Having worked in the customer service environment improved my communication, team work and many other skills to have the best possible interaction with coworkers and also the customers. Recently I have worked as an English teacher with the online program "English on the go". Going from A1 to C2 levels.
