Responsible for receiving and analyzing disputes with VISA, Diners Club credit cards (chargebacks, representments, arbitrations) according to international manuals:
As a cardholder representative (issuer), analysis and submission of documentation to invalidate purchases not made by customers in both foreign and local banks. Analysis of transactions for fraud, duplicate processing, services not rendered, merchandise not received, payment by other means for later reimbursement and/or resolution of the dispute.
As a commerce representative (acquirer), analysis and submission of documentation to validate transactions made by cardholders.
Incoming and outgoing processes.
Presentation of monthly reports, credit and debit notes and accounting adjustments.
Visa Resolve Online, People Soft (Oracle), AS400, Microsoft Office.
