Especially, developed following several core system modules as the primary role.
– Planning module which includes route, path and trajectory planning. Especially, the decision
algorithm of how to deal with other objects such as other vehicles (oncoming, frontal, adjacent,
stopping, etc.) pedestrians and static objects etc.
– Robust Perception module for occluded obstacle such as pedestrian walking behind bush using point
cloud from Lidar sensors.
– Autonomous driving system monitor module which monitors if all of the modules are working
properly real time.
– Dynamical sensor direction control module which intelligently locate certain point the sensor should
see to percept an environment around vehicle and move it to aim at the point
・Conducted advanced research on Hyper Spectrum Range Camera about its possibility to apply to driving
environment.
