- As Deputy Editor, support Editor's role; coordinate with BAMBI committee members and contributors; edit and proofread articles; review layout; and write content.
- As Assistant Editor, edit articles (many written by non-native English speakers), write content, edited all text for BAMBI's new website before launch, trained editorial team on using WordPress.

- Worked for: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Labour Organization (ILO), and Joint UN Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) for various projects on HIV/AIDS, migrants and health, sexual and reproductive health, labour, human rights, etc.

- Writing- and editing-related tasks included:
(1) Writing case studies, meeting minutes, briefing notes, communications, and inputs to project proposals and project documents.
(2) Editing and providing substantive feedback to major reports and research studies.
(3) Coordinating research studies.

- Managed complex interagency organization of regional/sub-regional meetings.

International Labour Organization (ILO)

Technical Officer, HIV/AIDS and the World of Work

- Supported ILO Regional Specialist on HIV/AIDS to manage projects for Thailand, Cambodia and Lao PDR.
- Edited and wrote portions of joint-study with IOM, “Mandatory HIV testing for employment of migrant workers in eight countries of South-East Asia: From discrimination to social dialogue”; presented preliminary findings at ICAAP 2007 in Colombo, Sri Lanka
- Coordinated joint research study with UNICEF Thailand on HIV vulnerabilities of migrant child labourers in Thailand.
