- Answer the telephone and take messages as required.
- Monitor attendance of the staff, sick and annual leaves.
- Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations and payments.
- Monthly salary computations and transfers.
- Handle all word processing and typing.
- Enter data for reports, items, shipping, and inventory.
- Document control – maintain electronic files of stock expense, letters, forms, invoices and make sure the files are in order and easy to locate.
