Essential Duties:
- handles both inbound and outbound customer service calls, chats and emails regarding their parts inquiry, posting of payment, ordering and shipment status of their parts order.
- provides excellent customer service by giving appropriate and accurate information regarding their inquiries.
- assist a non-Japanese reading staff to read Japanese Auction Sheets, Parts Software and emails.
- assist Japanese staff regarding inquiries from a non-Japanese reading staff regarding their request
- responsible in sending both weekly and monthly reports regarding sales and collaborate with account staff regarding the final monthly sales.
- performs other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior and Manager.
- contacts both Japanese Local (Sagawa, Kuroneko and Yamato) and International (DHL Japan, TNT and EMS) courier and Japanese suppliers in any transaction regarding business.
