• Coach and brief call agents on aspects to be improved and ensure their quality of customer service.
• Discuss with client as to ensure client’s standards of customer services are met and satisfied.
• Hand-in weekly and monthly report to management and also client as to monitor and keep them up-to-date over the performance of agents.
