Translation and Interpretation Intern

I am currently working as a Translation Intern at Ashinaga, one of the largest non-profit organizations in Japan. My position has allowed me to gain Japanese-English translation experience and work on a wide variety of documents, both for internal use and external publication. I was also asked to interpret for both English and Japanese speakers during meetings and conferences.

I interned at a company that imports collectable art toys from East Asia to Italy. I assisted the company in contacting prospective distributors in Japan and translated their product database into English, to improve their international reach. My duties also included social media management and customer service to foreign clients.
