As a sales executive in the company, our main role is to work closely together with marketing team and bring back the sales figure that has been discussed and planned during our meeting.
We are in charged of both B2B and B2C (Selected individuals) business.
For B2B, we are incharge of handling the accounts of Distributors, taking orders, ensuring sufficient stock level according to our promotion and marketing calender and also debt collection.
Apart from distributors, we also need to work closely with retailers and night entertainment outlets to ensure our products are visible and are being pushed to end users.
We will need to negotiate new contracts as well as renewing expiring contracts, planning and executing events and promotions in our outlets.
Over the years, MHDM has overtaken all other competitors and maintain a strong presence in Johor market.

Job Scope :
The roles mainly involves of strategize, organize, and manage brand awareness plans based on the objectives set within the assigned territories (Legal Age Meeting Point Outlets & Retail Outlets).
At the same time, create brand awareness and grow market share effectively managing/supervise the consumer engagement platform which consist of approximately 25 headcount.

To work closely with Sales and Distribution Team to ensure constant availability, visibility, and product freshness within the territory.
