Basically, the task of Technical support is to just troubleshoot the device or equipment of the user but with us we also do billing explanation and up selling. For example, direct questions can be addressed using telephone calls, Online chat, Support Forums, E-mail or Fax; basic software problems can be addressed over the telephone or, increasingly, by using remote access repair services; while more complicated problems with hardware may need to be dealt with in person. Most of the time we are handling irate customers who are pissed with the services or product that they have. 8hours of explaining to them the policy and the type of service that they have. It a very challenging role because not everyone will accept the truth. So, we also need to be very convincing so that we can pursued our customers.

We enable and unlock their application accounts. but most of the time if we can’t do anything we just catch and dispatch. We used mainframe and desktop application. The Help Desk Analyst provides customer support, service and technical support through analysis and problem resolving to enable installation,maintenance,education, implementation and documentation of a variety of software and hardware technologies using remote communication or through phone to the client or the end user. Being a serving desk is not an easy job too. We should identify which department is right for their concerns. Sometimes we also answer E-mails and chat but most of the time were on phone. Most of the people were talking are professionals to and there is a tendency that they are so demanding we must deal with that and just assist them with their concern. There are times also that users are having problem changing their password. So, we also take remote session on their computer and we will be the one navigating it.
