I am currently a Team Leader handling 12 agents. I motivate my agents by mentoring them and providing them coaching every week. I prepare the Agent Development Plan which contains the agents monthly performance. I discuss the performance to the agent and get their buy in on the goals that we are setting for the coming month. I make follow up by doing Side by Side monitoring to make sure that their performance exceeds the standards set by the company. I issue corrective action when needed. My goal is for me to produce future leaders by continuously mentoring them.
