I have more than 10 years BPO experience. I started in 2005 as an agent for a telecommunications company. I was promoted as a Quality Specialist after two years of being an agent. I learned how to prepare reports and I can say that Microsoft Excel is my best friend. I learned to facilitate a discussion through calibration sessions. I learned to prepare Monthly Business Review and present it to our Senior Management. In 2015, I decided to move out of my comfort zone and apply for a Team Leader position. It's been 2 years since I assumed this position and I could say that I learned more. In fact, I got my Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification this year.
With my experience in the BPO industry, I am confident that I would be able to use the skills I learned so I could deliver the same quality of work as a Freelancer. I am very competitive and I don't settle for a mediocre performance.
