A. Regulatory Dossiers/Reports: For drugs, biologicals, cosmetics and medical devices
- Client must provide all necessary regulatory data no later than 60 calendar days prior to regulatory submission deadline.
- If all required regulatory data are provided:
Timeline:
Review of documents: 50 pages per 1 business day. For CCDS/PSUR, only summary pages are rated.
Writing Report (Output): varies on the format. 1-2 business days.
Rate: Review + Output
Review: 10,000 JPY per day
Output: 3,000 JPY per page
- If there are insufficient/missing data: client must provide within 3 days from date of request, or as soon as possible.
B. Medical Content for Educational/Training/Marketing use
- If references/sources are provided:
Timeline:
Review of documents: 50 pages per 1 business day.
Output:
500-word article = half a day (4 hours)
2,000-word article = 2 days
10-slide powerpoint = 1 day. 20 slides = 2 days, and so on.
Rate: Review + Output
Review: 10,000 JPY per day
Output:
500-word article = 3,000 JPY
2,000-word article = 15,000 JPY
10-slide powerpoint = 15,000 JPY. 20 slides = 30,000 JPY, and so on.
For example: 100 pages of references provided for a 20-slide powerpoint:
Timeline: Review (2 days) + 20 slides (2 days) = 4 days
Rate: 10,000 JPY (x 2) + 30,000 JPY = 50,000 JPY
- If references/sources are not provided and research is required, allow approximately 2 business days for research.
Rate for Research: 10,000 JPY per day
For example: Research (2 days) + Review (1 day) + 20 slides (2 days) = 5 days
2) Pharmaceutical Research: the timeline for research, review & output, as well as the rate are the same as above.
3) Medical Transcription:
Timeline: 1 business day
Rate: 3,000 JPY per page
For example: 8-page medical record = 24,000 JPY finish in 1 day
4) Safety Data Exchange Agreements/Pharmacovigilance Agreements
Timeline:
- 30-page contract Initial Review/Drafting (whether Version 01 or Amendment 01): 10 business days.
- Succeeding reviews/revisions: 2 business days for the whole contract.
Rate: 5,000 JPY per page.
