The Silence of Love
When I first met you I despised you, your
senseless behavior and your rudely manner
of speaking were utterly despicable. I can’t
help but think that I am intrigued about who
are you; but under these circumstances I can
hardly try to get to know you.
There’s something about you that is haunting
me and I can’t get you off my mind. This
contradictory addiction keeps growing in me
and I could’nt help but notice that I think you
feel the same way.
We exchange glances as you smile at me and I
feel as my world turns upside down. The days
pass by filled with long walks, warm kisses, endless
conversation and I wonder when will this desire
and longing to be in your arms ever be appeased.
We’ve been denied to see each other again, they have
robbed us of our love. A painful and forbidden love
which makes it difficult to breath.
