I am a new freelancer ready to learn anything about Virtual Assistant position.

I have 8 years of experience in BPO industry being a Technical Support Representative.
Recently I am a full-time employee for almost 5 years in one of the leading cloud-based phone system company in the United States.
Previously, I worked with a major company that supports networking devices in the United States and also one of the major Internet Service Provider in Australia.
Being a Technical Support Representative, we only don’t handle technical side, we also support billing concern and some other concerns that a Customer Service Representative are doing.
