I was the Voice Services Manager for IHG, a multinational hotels company with around 5,028 hotels across nearly 100 countries. In this role, I lead the Voice Services product efforts for Asia, Europe and Greater China, overseeing a team of 14 subject matter experts and consultants including that in our China office, creating team processes, managing the team’s engagement and annual team budget. Our most exciting achievement was when we have exceeded our 2015 contribution revenue targets across all 3 regions by around 20.3% year over year. By focusing not only on our newly launched hotels, but also engaging our existing clients to utilize our services, we were able to surpass revenue targets for the past 5 years.
