I've reached fourth year in College, took up BS in Agribusiness and Management in Central Mindanao University. Landed my first job in Dubai as a telemarketer cum receptionist with Cosmos Star Consultants for two years. Had more than three years work of experience in BPO industry. I worked for TSD Global as collection agent with Sirius xm which is a satellite company for six months. Then got transferred to AT&t a telecommunication company as a customer service representative for nine months then got promoted as a Quality Specialist. I grabbed another opportunity where I worked for Cognizant as a Senior Process Executive in a health care account Beacon lbs for seven months. All of these account were based in USA.
