I have been in the BPO industry for quite sometime, catering to western customers regarding different services offered by big companies such as DirecTv, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, among others. I have also catered to the East Asian Nationals such as Japanese, Koreans, Chinese, Taiwanese, among others, however, in a different course of business which helps them enhance their English skills for whatever purpose it serves them such as entrance tests and others. Technically, my career was geared into using the English language effectively in different ways, be it for learning (teaching), assisting (BPO) or for documentation (transcription).
