I was given the opportunity to be a performance coach in one of the company I have worked for. Being a performance coach build my leadership skills and provide me the experience to enhance my work ethics and work with minimal supervision.
Being a performance coach, I’ve handled bottom performers and made them a star, by providing them the skill sets needed, conducting coaching sessions and sharing my best practices to influence them.
