I have a strong customer service skill. This was enhanced by working in a BPO for the past 6 years. I started as a Customer Service Specialist which mainly focuses in providing Customer Satisfaction and I have been a good contributor for improving CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores in the program i worked for. I experience working with third party British and American clients as well.
Currently, I am working as a Transition Coach/Trainer for a third party American Client who handles mortgages in the US. I facilitate training in a classroom setting to develop agents' customer service and collection skills. I also provide coaching to agents, determine their opportunities, create smart action plans and track their progression.
