Career Objectives:
To pursue a highly rewarding career, seeking for a job in challenging and healthy work environment where I can utilize my skills and knowledge efficiently for organizational growth. To be an astute learner and the best performer in an organization. So that I can build an innovative career in an esteemed organization by using my skills and other significant talents.
Overview:
I have been in the Call Center Industry for more than 10 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Agent and climb my way up on the Corporate Ladder. I handle 100-150 Agents plus 12 Supervisors on the average. I develop people and coach to be at their best specially in productivity and efficiency. Call Center Training has been on the list of my responsibilities as a supervisor. I am an expert in data analysis, data encoding in excel/spreadsheet, administrative tasks is one of my ace skills. Exam passed 3 international English exams (IELTS, BERLITZ, and VERSANT)
